Drivers License, money, etc. It keeps the load of shit out of your pockets so the fans could get a good look at your jeans fellas. And ladies, it keeps you from carrying a trashbag around with only a few things in it. Haha. I think its dope. I got it from a little ass store in Downtown San Diego. So if you see anyone else with it around their neck, you know who the originator is.
